A builder has been appointed for the $4.9 million redevelopment of Edithvale Life Saving Club, putting an end to the bureaucracy.
Coastal erosion concerns previously halted plans, resulting in a redesign to meet the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning’s requirements.
Brighton contractor, 2Construct has been appointed, and is expected to take 12-months to complete the new clubhouse, starting later this month.
